I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. 

In 2024, I will be joining the Cornell Department of Economics and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations as an Assistant Professor. 

My research focuses on Labor Economics, Firm Dynamics, and Spatial Economics.

I am also a member of the Global Repository of Income Dynamics (GRID) project, working on earnings inequality, mobility & income risk.
